Photographs are pictures, pictures paint a thousand words. There are very few people who do not take, at least a few, photos in a life time. What is it about? What draws us to pictures of any sort? For me, a picture, be it a painting or a photograph, is like being somewhere with a friend, you see something and you say to them "Hey, look at that!" When they're not there, you have a picture to show them because they get it in a moment and that's better than using a thousand words, having said that, some photos, you take them because you want to and occassionally you'll come across them and think.
